Cancellations (Individual Clients)
You may cancel your service and receive a full refund if cancellation is requested before any work has begun. Work is considered "begun" once client materials are reviewed, documents are opened, or initial drafting/consulting has started.
If work has already started, the service becomes non-refundable due to the customized nature of the work.
Consultations and coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may require rebooking.
Refund Policy (Individual Clients)
Because all services are personalized, refunds are generally not available once work has begun. This includes reviewing your resume, intake forms, messaging, or beginning any drafting or editing.
However, client satisfaction is a priority. If adjustments or small revisions are needed, complimentary options may be available depending on the service package.
No refunds will be issued for:
Client dissatisfaction based on subjective preference after work is completed
Missed appointments without notice
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
Change of mind after work has begun
Cancellations (Business Clients)
Business projects require clear timelines and advance scheduling. As such:
Cancellations must be requested before project work begins to receive a refund.
Once work has started — including reviewing job descriptions, internal documents, or conducting intake meetings — the service becomes non-refundable.
If your project includes multiple phases, each completed phase is billable and non-refundable.
Refund Policy (Business Clients)
No refunds will be issued after work has begun or after deliverables have been provided.
Due to the customized nature of HR consulting, job description development, and talent support services, all payments are final once project work is underway.
Revisions related to the original scope may be included; new direction or additional scope may require a fee.
Service Dissatisfaction or Concerns
If you have concerns about your deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the work. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate adjustment when possible.
